I had been partially paying attention to this project at Four Eyed Monsters. Interested mostly in the use of contemporary technology to promote the project.
The film is a postmodern self-portrait of a contemporary romance. Ultimately self-reflexive, Four Eyed Monsters deconstructs the evolution of the relationship of the film’s two protagonists. It also provides some fascinating subtexts about art, filmmaking, and (most interesting) how we communicate in today’s world. Insightful, enlightening, and an impressive piece of work on so many levels.
The finished film is available to view, in its entirety (71 minutes), on YouTube until August 15th.
