Style sheets can provide text control beyond the capabilities of standard HTML with a consistency that will maintain a common format throughout any Web site. Minor changes to a single style sheet can update the contents of an entire site.
Sounds great doesn't it? No more of those <font> tags used over and over. Well
Don't get too excited. Style sheets are only available in Internet Explorer 3 and higher and Netscape version 4 and higher. Even then, as you may correctly assume, these browsers do not utilize many of the commands equally, if at all.
